*The
Housekeepers registered with As You Like It are independent
contractors (self employed) which offers many “freedoms”
that conventional jobs do not. You control when you
work, where you work, and how you work.
 Additionally,
through our extensive advertising and established customer
base, we will work with you to develop regular customers,
so that the schedule you design will become filled with
the same clients on a set day and time. You will be
able to establish a relationship with clients that you
enjoy working with, and become familiar with their home
and home care needs.
If
you are interested in working with Jacksonville’s
largest referral agency a few things are necessary for
success.
We
refer housekeepers to regular clients who are looking
for residential home care on a weekly, bi-weekly or
monthly basis. Therefore, it is important that you are
experienced, knowledgeable and enjoy house cleaning
and the various projects that go along with taking care
of a home.
Because
we specialize in residential home care, we are looking
for people who are available during the day, mostly
Monday through Friday. (Saturdays are up to you!) We
do not generally work past 5:30 pm.
 One
of the great things about working with our company is
that you design your own schedule; however we do need
it to remain consistent once you have given us your
desired days and times that you wish to work.
While
we do keep you in an area based upon where you live,
it is necessary for you to have your own reliable car.
We also ask that you have some form of telecommunication
(Home or Cell Phone) in order for us to communicate
with each other.
Finally,
Housekeeper Compensation is equal to or higher than
any other service in the Jacksonville area, but is based
on your ability to be reliable and consistent with the
quality of work in order to keep the customers satisfied.
Your compensation is based on how long you remain registered
with our agency, and the jobs completed on a weekly
basis.
